This Privacy Policy describes how data is collected, used, and disclosed in connection with your access to and use of TRENDEX.ONE(the "Platform"), a decentralized, non-custodial, blockchain-based prediction protocol (the "Protocol") deployed on public blockchain infrastructure, including software and any related user interfaces made available by the publisher, MINDMETRICS INTERNATIONAL (the "Software Publisher"or the "Controller") on www.trendex.one site solely for the purpose of accessing the Protocol (the "Software") that may be available to users by connecting their self-hosted wallets via an Interface (the "Service"), including but not limited to the site (the "Technology Features").

- The controller is responsible for off-chain personal data processing, including website operation, communications, and technical logs.
- The Controller implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including: access controls, secure hosting environments, data minimization by design, regular security monitoring.
- This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected through the Platform`s Technology Features, and interactions with the Protocol`s smart contracts on public blockchains. This Policy applies to off-chain personal data processed through:
- The front-end interface
- KYC data (identity information, government issued)
- Support or contact communications
- Technical logs and security systems
- Optional analytics or cookies (if enabled)
- When a user voluntarily connects a blockchain wallet, the Platform may detect: the user`s public wallet address, network and chain identifiers. The Platform does not access private keys or seed phrases, custody digital assets, execute transactions without user authorization. Users are solely responsible for their on-chain activity. If a user accesses a front-end interface, the Platform may automatically collect limited technical information, such as:
- IP address or approximate location derived from IP
- Browser type and version
- Device type and operating system
- Pages viewed and interaction timestamps
- Referring URL`s
This information is used solely for:
- Security and fraud prevention
- Website functionality and performance
- Debugging and analytics
- This Privacy Policy does not apply to public blockchain networks themselves, third-party wallet providers and third-party websites, applications, or services linked to or integrated with the Platform. The Platform interacts with public blockchain networks. As a result, the following data is publicly available and not controlled by the Platform:
- Blockchain wallet addresses
- Transaction hashes
- Smart contract interaction data (e.g., market participation, trades, payouts)
- Token balances and transfers
- Block timestamps and block numbers
This data is recorded on the blockchain and may be accessed by anyone using blockchain explorers or similar tools. This data is public by nature. Due to the immutable and decentralized nature of blockchain technology on-chain data cannot be deleted, modified, or restricted, the Platform has no administrative access, upgrade keys, or emergency controls, the Platform cannot alter payouts, liquidity parameters, or protocol behavior.
- Depending on your interaction with the Service, the Controller may process:
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps
- Usage data: pages accessed, interaction metadata
- Communication data: email address and message content if you contact us
- Cookie data: only where applicable and consented to
The Controller does not engage in profiling, behavioral advertising, or automated decision-making.
- Personal data is processed strictly for the following purposes:
- Ensuring website functionality and security
- Preventing abuse, fraud, and malicious activity
- Responding to user inquiries and support requests
- Improving the stability and performance of the Service

- If users choose to contact the Platform through email, the Platform may collect:

The Platform does not use data for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making. This information is used solely to respond to inquiries and is not shared or sold. Collected information is used only to: enable interaction with the Protocol, provide and maintain the Platform`s Technical Features, monitor performance and security, respond to user inquiries, comply with applicable legal obligations. Information may be disclosed only:
- If required by applicable law or legal process
- To third-party service providers solely for infrastructure, analytics, or security purposes
- As publicly visible on the blockchain by design
- Third-party services operate under their own privacy policies and are not controlled by the Platform.
- On-chain data is retained permanently on the blockchain. Off-chain technical or contact data (if any) is retained only as long as necessary for operational or legal purposes.
- The Platform is accessible globally (except Restricted Territories). Information may be processed in jurisdictions different from the user`s location. By using the Platform, users acknowledge and accept this.
- The Platform implements reasonable technical measures to protect off-chain data. However, no system is completely secure, and users acknowledge the inherent risks of using blockchain technology and internet-based services.
- The Platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. No information is knowingly collected from minors.
